On a sunny day in Copenhagen, our creative director Martin sat down with Saif Bakir – one half of the designer duo behind CMMN SWDN. He launched the Swedish fashion label together with his wife Emma Bakir Hedlund in 2012. In this episode, Saif tells Martin how his family and MTV brought him to fashion and how he first met Emma when they were studying fashion at Central Saint Martins and London College of Fashion. He also reminisces about his experience of working for COS and Kanye West in Paris and compares the fashion and cultural scenes in Malmö and London.
