Where we deliver

We deliver to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

We do not currently ship to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway or destinations outside the European Union. Delivery to P.O. boxes and military addresses is not available.

Order processing & tracking

Orders are processed on business days, excluding German public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during launches, sale periods and public holidays. Shipping prices include applicable VAT. Free standard shipping is applied automatically at checkout when the relevant order value is reached.

Store collection

Collection from Wasted Hour, Neuer Wall 88, 20354 Hamburg, is free. Please wait until you receive our “Ready for pickup” confirmation before visiting the store. Orders can be collected during our regular opening hours.

Returns

Online orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition, with all tags and original product packaging intact.

Returns from Germany are free of charge. Customers in all other EU member states are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. Return shipping costs are not refundable.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us before returning it. Wasted Hour will cover reasonable return shipping costs for accepted claims.
