Our Return Policy

How to return an order

1. Email cs@thewastedhour.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and the items you would like to return.
2. Customers in Germany will receive a prepaid return label. Customers in all other EU member states arrange and pay for tracked return shipping themselves.
3. Send the items back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your return.

Condition of returned items

Please return items clean and in their original condition, with labels and product packaging wherever possible. You may inspect and try an item as you would in a store. A deduction may be made if unnecessary handling has reduced the item's value.

Shoes should be tried on only on a clean, carpeted surface. Please return the shoebox undamaged inside a protective outer shipping box.

Refunds and exchanges

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. We may wait until the returned items have arrived or you have provided proof of shipment before issuing the refund.

Exchanges are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please mention your preferred replacement when contacting us.

Incorrect or defective items

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us before returning it. Once the claim has been accepted, wasted hour will cover the return costs.
