Wasted Hour currently ships exclusively within the European Union. All orders are dispatched from our store in Hamburg, Germany, with tracking.

EU destinations

We deliver to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Order processing

Orders are processed on business days, excluding German public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during launches, sale periods and public holidays. Shipping prices include applicable VAT. Free standard shipping is applied automatically at checkout when the relevant order value is reached.

Returns

Returns from Germany are free of charge. Customers in all other EU member states are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. Incorrect or defective items are handled at our expense once the claim has been accepted.
