We ship exclusively within the European Union.
Germany: €6.50, free from €150 — 1–3 business days
Other EU countries: €15, free from €250 — 3–6 business days
Store collection: Free from our Hamburg store
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Returns from Germany are free; customers in other EU countries cover the return shipping costs. Incorrect or defective items are handled at our expense once the claim has been accepted.
